Hi! My name is Jordan and I am the founder of JMC Career Coach. I give confidence to individuals going through a job search journey, and clarity to business leaders who want to improve employee engagement and retention.
For individuals, I offer practical coaching and mentoring in all areas of employability. My mission is to support you to feel confident and empowered while you navigate the tricky world of job hunting.
For corporates, I will give you clarity and support you with strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. People are the backbone of your business, and through my Connect 4 Success programme, you will have a more motivated, engaged and successful workforce.
I have over 15 years of experience working with global organisations across industries, partnering with stakeholders, recruiting globally prior to setting up JMC Career Coach in 2021. I have built my business on referrals and have a strong reputation in the market.
I am working towards an ICF Accreditation (International Coaching Federation) and hold an Associate of the London College of Music (ALCM) which gives me the ability to support with public speaking and confidence building.
